Umesh Bhilare is a visionary first-generation entrepreneur with over more than 2 decades of expertise in the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry. With a strong foundation in Supply Chain Management, he has worked with leading Pharma giants like Cipla, Macleods, Alkem, Emcure, Wanbury and Alkem Group Companies, gaining invaluable experience in Logistics, Distribution, Supply Chain and Market Dynamics.
In 2020, he founded Broadbill with a clear mission—to make high-quality and affordable healthcare accessible to patients, ultimately improving lives. His extensive network with PAN India Chemist and Druggist Associations, CFA Partners, stockists, and distributors plays a crucial role in Broadbill’s seamless supply chain operations.
Under his leadership, Broadbill is committed to innovation, efficiency, and ensuring that essential medicines reach those who need them most.

B. Pharm and MBA graduate, is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in sales, marketing, and operations. As a founding member of Broadbill, he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales, marketing strategies, and business development initiatives across India.
With a proven track record in leadership roles, with more than 2 decades of experience including Executive Vice President – Sales & Marketing, he has contributed to the success of leading pharmaceutical companies like Emcure, Wanbury, Akumentis, and Novelties.
His strategic vision and deep industry knowledge are instrumental in Broadbill’s growth, market expansion, and commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions.
